I called Ben because the big cement pond I had installed 2 years ago leaked from the beginning and the landscape contractor who installed it provided no assistance to correct his mistakes. No other contractor was willing to attempt fixing the pond. Ben came out and assessed the situation, determined the best way to rehabilitate the pond and provided a quote. The best things he did were to work on the pond straight through until the project was complete; did what he said he was going to do; and communicated well at each step in the process. Now the pond never seems to lose any water and looks great. I think he is the only professional water feature contractor in the area.
